We are honored to be among the winners at last night’s 38th annual Better Homes Awards presented by the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern Vermont. Simpson Cabinetry was featured in three first place awards last night:

Best kitchen over 151 sq ft;
Best Single Family Home at $276/sq ft and over
and the People’s Choice Award.

The judging for the Better Homes Award Program was conducted by 12 judges from the National Association of Home Builders Area One (New England) and the surrounding area. Of the 12 judges only two were from Vermont. To ensure judging was done independently and anonymously, judges were not provided names or locations of the projects.

“We are honored to be recognized by these awards and are excited to continue the tradition of exceptional quality and design that Bruce Simpson started 14 years ago," said Betsy Cabrera in her remarks upon receiving the award for Best New Kitchen.

The Best Single Family Home award and People’s Choice Award were submitted by Leach Construction of Jericho, Vermont. The “Artist’s Retreat” is a stunning home featuring custom cabinetry by Simpson Cabinetry throughout.
