Innovative Idea Featured on Fine Homebuilding Blog

One of our innovative ideas has just been featured on a great blog – Fine Homebuilding magazine’s “Through the Lens” features design ideas seen by photographers all over the country. This blog is a terrific source of design ideas, technical advice, and newest innovations in the home building industry. We are proud to have one of our collaborations be featured on this blog.

This project is the perfect example of a homeowner having an idea for something and our team having the know-how to make it happen. In this project the family building a new home had small children who couldn’t reach the sink to brush their teeth but they didn’t really want plastic stools cluttering up their nice new bathroom. They asked about an under-cabinet step stool and we created this for them – when closed it looks like a regular toe kick. When open it serves as a step stool just high enough to let everyone brush their teeth and see in the mirror – win win for all!
